Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines how we handle order cancellations to make your experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Cancellation Eligibility
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier.
    To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Prepaid Orders
    If cancelled within the eligible time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  3. COD Orders
    COD orders can also be cancelled before they are shipped.
    If not cancelled in time, please refuse the delivery when it arrives.

  4. Orders Already Shipped
    Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still initiate a return after delivery, as per our Return Policy.

  5. Auto-Cancellation
    In rare cases, your order may be automatically cancelled due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or address verification issues.
    You will be informed via email or SMS if this happens.
